I was looking back at some high school photos I happened upon while I was cleaning out my parent's attic and it brought me back to my teenage years where I had begun searching for meaning and purpose in life. After hunting for "it" through college and a corporate career, I finally found Yoga and began to become acquainted with my true self.

Low and behold, what I was looking for outside, I found inside. Before Yoga I never felt completely comfortable in my body and being. Now, with consistent practice, I get to know myself on a deeper and deeper level each day. And this is what I hope for the students who come to my classes, deeper understanding and compassion for themselves and towards others.

I received my teacher certification from David Life and Sharon Gannon of Jivamukti Yoga and after moving from New York City to the West Coast, I've studied with many other incredible people including Gurmukh, Vinnie Marino, Saul David Raye, Rusty Wells and a variety of wonderful Anusara teachers.

I give thanks to all of my teachers; my parents, brother, boyfriend, friends, yoga teachers, students and my inner guiding light - all who enlighten me daily.

"A human being is part of the whole called by us "the universe". Our task must be to widen our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty".
